Intercontinental Hotels Group Plc has decided to keep its Americas headquarters at the 31-story Three Ravinia tower on the Atlanta Perimeter.
The hotel giant (NYSE: IHG) was one of the closely watched office tenants in the Perimeter. For almost two years, the company toured sites and various buildings across parts of metro Atlanta. In 2013, when in was still early in its discussions with landlords, observers speculated that developers might sway IHG into anchoring a new office tower.
