
Dunwoody’s Two Ravinia Drive has sold to Franklin Street Properties for a gross purchase price of $78 million.
Wakefield, Mass.-based Franklin Street (NYSEMKT: FSP) anticipates planned building capital investments (excluding leasing costs) of approximately $4.8 million to occur over the next three to four years, Franklin said in a prepared statement.
