Cobb Co. planning officials approve senior-living neighborhood

A 41-home senior-living neighborhood has gotten the thumbs up from Cobb County planning officials. The Cobb Planning Commission on Tuesday approved a request to rezone land off Stilesboro Road west of Kennesaw to allow for the development, reports Marietta Daily Journal. Woodstock-based Windsong Properties wants to build 41 homes on a 14.7-acre site.
