
A security guard who was among six people shot by a FedEx Corp. worker at a company facility in Kennesaw, Ga., has filed a lawsuit against the company.
Christopher Sparkman, 29, was shot in the abdomen when 19-year-old FedEx (NYSE: FDX) employee Geddy Kramer opened fire at the facility on April 29, 2014, reports Atlanta Business Chronicle broadcast partner WXIA-TV.
