Delta, Air France, Alitalia’s anti-trust proposal lands ‘all-clear’ from EU

Delta Air Lines Inc.’s SkyTeam airline alliance landed antitrust approval from the European Union for its profit-sharing pact after offering to help competitors enter the market.
