A $40 million retail center proposed for 20 acres at the corner of Dallas Highway and Casteel Road in Cobb County, Ga., got the go-ahead Tuesday from Cobb planning officials.
Virginia-based developer Columbia Properties Capital LLC, wants to open the center by fall of 2016, reports Marietta Daily Journal.
An attorney representing the developer said the shopping center would be anchored by organic store Sprouts (Nasdaq: SFM) and have a Stein Mart (Nasdaq: SMRT), the MDJ reports.
