The Marietta City Council is scheduled to vote June 10 on a developer’s plan to build 12 homes starting at $1 million near Kennesaw Mountain, northwest of Atlanta.
The Estates at Parkside is planned by developer John Elliott, reports Marietta Daily Journal.
The 15-acre tract is on Gilbert Road, near Stilesboro Road, the paper reports.
