Oxford Industries Inc. Chairman J. Hicks Lanier will retire from the company’s board on June 17 and be replaced with CEO and President Thomas C. Chubb III.
Chubb has been the Atlanta-based apparel company’s CEO since Lanier’s retirement from that position in 2012.
