Atlanta Streetcar director resigns

Tim Borchers, executive director of Atlanta Streetcar, has turned in his resignation. “The opportunity to work for and represent the city of Atlanta on such a historic and transformative project has been a challenge and honor,” Borchers wrote in a letter to Atlanta Public Works Commissioner Richard Mendoza dated April 26.
