A closed BrandsMart USA appliance superstore property on Buford Drive near Interstate 85 in Gwinnett County has sold for $11.4 million, the Gwinnett Daily Post is reporting.
Atlanta Land Group partner Jay Leslie told the GDP the group brokered the sale of the property to Brand Development Corporation.
Atlanta-based Floor and Decor store will occupy the space.
