
Most Georgians are willing to pay more at the pump for better roads and highways, according to a new poll commissioned by an affiliate of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce.
Fifty-seven percent of 603 likely Georgia voters interviewed Feb. 8-10 said they would pay "a little more" in gasoline taxes if they knew the revenue would go toward improving roads and other transportation infrastructure.
