Equifax names Trey Loughran chief marketing officer

Equifax Inc. promoted Joseph M. "Trey" Loughran to chief marketing officer. He replaces Paul Springman, who has retired after 24 years with the Atlanta-based company. Loughran joined Equifax in 2007 and led the acquisition of TALX Corp. (now Workforce Solutions) -- the largest to-date in Equifax history. He also oversaw the company’s entry into Russia and India. Georgia Senate expands historic renovations tax credit

A proposal to expand a state tax credit used to help restore historic buildings in Georgia could be headed to a legislative conference committee. The state Senate approved a bill 36-10 Tuesday with substantial differences from the version of the measure the Georgia House of Representatives passed earlier this month. Keurig adds Reily Foods brands to lineup

Keurig Green Mountain Inc. added three New Orleans-based Reily Foods Co. brands to its lineup. Keurig (NASDAQ: GMCR) inked an exclusive multi-year manufacturing and distribution deal for New England brand coffee, New Orleans Famous French Market Since 1890 brand coffee and Luzianne brand iced tea pods for Keurig hot brewing systems in the United States and Canada. Mary Schmidt Campbell named new president of Spelman College

Spelman College has named Mary Schmidt Campbell as its 10th president of the Atlanta-based historically-black women’s institution. Investigator: Home Depot not in compliance with some data security standards at time of breach

A forensic investigator working for payment card networks claims Home Depot was not in compliance with some data security standards at the time of its data breach last year.
